Time it right: Align your sale and purchase dates to avoid double moves or temporary housing.
Contingencies matter: Use purchase or sale contingencies to protect yourself if one part of the deal falls through. There are bridge loans and equity loans we can create on your current home (if needed). We will create plan B, C, and D so you are covered no matter what happens.
